Service is very good
Nice place to stay n spend time with your family for 2 to 3 days. Food quality is great specially sea food but vegetarian has less choice. Service is very good, nice and clean place with swimming pool and indoor games.

Great Hospitality
This property is a few km from main town. Good for a quiet stay and has most essential amenities. Food quality was good but very limited menu. Service was good for whatever we asked for. Our rooms balcony was covered with a plastic tarp spoiling all view and reducing air flow.

Exotic location
The place is amazing, it suits it's name of exotic location. The scenic area and forest like feel gives it a different environment which cannot be found in other places at Dapoli.

Mobile connection problem but overall great
A nice, clean and calm place. Friendly staff and good food. If you need mobile connection make sure you have Idea or Vodafone connection. The only issue is it is around 5 kms from the main city and if you fail to order the food on time you will have to travel to Dapoli. But tea coffee is available and you can also get some instant snacks like bread toast, bread omelette.

Serene and calm amidst forest like ambiance, facilities such as swimming pool and games room is up to the mark. Parking availability is good and provision is there for drivers stay separately.

Awesome view
Right on the beach front...Awesome view...Only issue is the quality of rooms which is a bit old and the food which is not at all recommended
