Excellent location, Tasty Food
This hotel is blessed with the most perfect location. Right across the quite and non-commercialised part of Karde beach. It is built on a slightly elevated land and hence you get serene views of the sea and the shore even from ground floor. All rooms in this hotel are sea facing. We got a room in the 3rd floor and the view was amazing. The restaurant served one of best konkani food we had during our trip. The prawns curry was out of this world! Even the veg curry dishes were prepared nicely and had a nice konkan touch to them. The service here is good and friendly.

Location is the saving grace otherwise we would have walked out.Service is terrible.Food below average.Beds are uncomfortable.Priced like a 4 Star hotel and delivered like a lodge.Shower experience was poor.

Despite booking a week in advance, lots of issues came up.. AC not working was most horrible, poor management, no water in the morning, no hot water even in the scheduled timing, fluctuating food quality, bad Oder in bathrooms, poor and stinky approach to beach etc. Overall good building with very poor management and bad services.

Enjoyed like a home
You reach infront of hotel you are pleased to see the view from the hotel as it is located on a small hill.The rooms are big & with modern facilities. The food is ok and you may have problem if you are vegetarian as the food is prepared as per consumer's demand & if you are only vegetarian you will have to order full dish.

Nothing, except location. No drinking water in the room. Balcony was not clean ..not swept from many days. Food was not good. Inspite of telling many times hot water was not there. Soap and other articles were not there. Service was very slow.
